東吳政治學系所謹訂於106年11月25日(星期六)上午9時辦理「東吳蘇州城市發展研討會：城市治理的新挑戰」

一、本次活動訊息：

(一)研討會時間：106年11月25日(星期五)9：00~18：00

(二)研討會地點：東吳大學(外雙溪校區)國際會議廳

(三)研討會主題：「東吳蘇州城市發展研討會：城市治理的新挑戰」

1.專題演講：邀請美國北德州大學(UNT)急難管理及災害科學學系(Emergency Management and Disaster Science,)系主任Dr. Gary Webb教授，以「急難管理及災害科學」為主題進行專題演講，演講題目為 “A New Era for Emergency Management: Lessons Learned from Recent Disasters.”「新時代的急難管理：從最近災害事件中的學習課題」。

2. 城市發展研討會：邀請城市治理、災害防救、氣候變遷、土地及居住權、及其他城市治理相關議題之產、官、學代表，針對城市治理發展與合作趨勢進行討論。

3.圓桌論壇：此次特別以「地方制度法跨域合作制度之檢討」為主題，邀請與會學者從「跨域治理」的觀點，討論地方制度法跨域合作機制運轉的相關檢討。
